How I work
As an interim manager I step into day-to-day business and own execution. I solve the problem — I do not explain how you might solve it.
As a coach I work systemically and solution-focused: you are the expert of your situation. My job is asking the right questions — and being an honest counterpart.
An MSc in consulting science and three decades of operational leadership: change works when people come along. That holds in a mandate as much as in coaching.
Up-to-the-day reporting, clear escalation paths, an honest assessment of status and risk. Owners and boards learn what is really going on.
About
In 1992 I founded an IT company, grew it to around 300 employees, moved it to a SaaS model in 2005 without a single loss-making year and sold it to a US group in 2014. Then General Manager EMEA and Group CTO with responsibility across three continents.
Since 2020 I take on interim mandates at managing-director and board level — and accompany leaders as an executive coach. Certified Interim Manager, MSc in consulting science, trained supervisor.
